Founder | Sol Maravante

For more than 25 years I worked in demanding leadership environments across Europe and North America, leading teams, opening operations and managing complex businesses where expectations were high and pressure constant.

During that time I held senior roles including Director of Operations, General Manager and Executive Director, responsible for teams of more than 250 people and operations exceeding €30M in revenue.

My work took me across Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Canada, both within global hospitality groups such as Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott and Hilton and through my own ventures across hospitality, retail, real estate and SME’s advisory.

These were environments where leadership meant making decisions with incomplete information, managing competing priorities and carrying responsibility for both people and performance.

But what stayed with me most from those years was never the titles, the venues or the numbers.

It was the people.

I have always been fascinated by how people think, how they grow and what allows individuals and teams to perform at their best.

Long before choosing hospitality management, I had planned to study psychology. After decades leading organisations and developing people, that interest naturally evolved into the work I do today.

The principle that guides my work is simple:

Clarity • Structure • Decision

When thinking becomes clear, priorities are structured and decisions are owned, people move forward.

What sets my approach apart

Real Leadership Experience

25 years leading teams and complex operations means the situations my clients face are familiar territory. The conversations are grounded in real-world leadership, not theory.

Structured Thinking

Complex situations become manageable when they are examined with discipline. I help clients organise their thinking, separate noise from what truly matters and see situations with greater clarity.

Perspective Under Pressure

Many of the people I work with carry significant responsibility. The work creates space to step back, examine the situation properly and approach decisions with a calmer, more balanced perspective.

Focus on Action

Clarity only matters if it leads somewhere. Each conversation is designed to help translate reflection into concrete next steps and consistent follow-through.

Who I work with:

My work tends to resonate with individuals and organisations operating in demanding environments where decisions carry real responsibility.

This includes leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals who value clarity, structured thinking and disciplined execution.

Outside Work:

Nature, sport, travel, food and wine remain an important part of how I maintain balance and perspective.

The ongoing study of leadership, coaching and human behaviour continues to shape the way I think and work.

If you are navigating a complex situation or decision, a conversation is often the best place to begin.
